Dorking Halls is available for Mole Valley District Council staff to book for work meetings, conferences and events. A reduced room hire rate is offered as well as discounts on technical requirements and catering. Given the significant reduction in pricing, catering orders for events held at Pippbrook may be subject to minimum quantities and a delivery charge. Please contact for more information.
The events where discounts apply are those that are hosted and paid for internally by MVDC.
Bookings that are made on behalf of a third party will be invoiced to the external company and will be charged using Dorking Halls’ standard rates.
