Fixed Term Contract

Beneficial for providing cover for a specific time period (e.g. one year), project milestone (e.g. to manage a housing or software transfer) or other determining event (e.g. maternity cover). Fixed term contracts should not exceed 18 months without consideration of the implications for which you will need to seek advice from HR.
