New RingGo Staff Permits

Following the launch of our new RingGo Staff Permits, the Parking Team would like to thank all members of staff for their prompt actioning.

Nearly 250 members of staff swiftly and successfully applied for their permits within the first 3 days and all of these went live from 1st April!

We are aware that many staff use multiple vehicles and will require coverage when in use.

Only 1 vehicle can be covered at a time and all staff are expected to be responsible for updating their coverage as and when required.

A Step-By-Step Guide has been put together to assist with these changes.

The changes can be made on your mobile phones or from a laptop/computer. 

The process differs slightly from a mobile depending on whether you are an iPhone or Android user.
