Now that many of us choose to work outside the office, it’s harder to recognise faces and know who everybody is.
Many of you mentioned in the Staff Survey 2022 that this made a difference to you.
So one of our actions from that, as mentioned at the All Staff Briefing on Monday 9th May, is to ask each of you to upload a ‘selfie’ to your Teams profile.
It’s simple to do, once you know how, so the attached gives you some guidance and other details.
Going forwards we will also include photographs of new starters as they join on a monthly basis once the new process is in place.
Our hope is that this small step assists with retaining a friendly culture, in accordance with our Staff Survey results, particularly for those who have joined us since we changed our working habits.

You can also use the “Camera” app installed on all of the laptops. This will use the built in camera above the screen. That way the photo will be stored directly on the laptop so easy to upload onto Teams.
