Launch of Pippbrook Property Helpdesk Service

The Facilities Management (FM) team are pleased to announce the launch of the Pippbrook Property Helpdesk function for those of you who are based at our Pippbrook offices. It’s similar to the HR & ICT ServiceDesk tool and enables you to capture and track facilities management requests for Pippbrook, using functionality in our property management system, Concerto.

To log an issue or to make a request, please access the new ‘Property Help Desk’ option under the At Work dropdown menu on Molly.

We have prepared a user guide and have trialled this with a number of colleagues already so we hope you find it straightforward to use.

To help us provide a consistent and effective FM service to everyone, we would ask that with the exception of an urgent health and safety issue, all requests are logged through this new tool, rather than through email, phone call or dropping by.
