Further to the All Staff Briefing here is the Action Plan that has been developed as a result of your responses to the Staff Survey. Many thanks to all of you for your contributions. Every comment has been read and a thorough overview of themes or trends discussed with SLT in depth at the latest All Day Meeting. These have all contributed to the Action Plan.
A variety of teams will be working on the desired improvements identified and we will keep you updated on progress through the year.
In the meantime – ‘Connection with Colleagues’ is something everybody can help with by uploading a selfie to your teams or outlook profiles.
