The attached Management Induction Guidance can be provided to your new manager prior to joining MVDC. This document outlines key information, documentation and support for new managers, signposting them to relevant Molly information
While managers new to MVDC will not be able access full information and links to Molly pages contained in the guidance document until they start their new role, they will be able to review and consider the main points of the text. It is therefore advised that the guidance document is emailed to new managers ahead of their start date along with their induction timetable and any other service related information.
