Employee Assistance Programme

The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a service that provides confidential assistance with any work, personal, or family issue. You can contact an EAP professional for support and guidance at any time, they are available on a 24 hour basis. An EAP professional can provide you with telephone guidance, fact sheets, information packs and on occasion may give you access to short term counselling. This can be over the phone or in person. It is totally confidential – no-one will even know you called.

Guided Mindfulness Sessions – for you and your family to stay well and balanced.

You can join in a series of live, web-based sessions facilitated by an Aware specialist.  Mindfulness will help you focus, release tension, and reset for improved wellbeing.
