All-in transformation day

Please join us in Pippbrook on Tuesday 8^th August for the next Evolve 2026 staff engagement sessions. During the day there will be drop-in workshops covering:

• The finalised transformation strategies (and using real examples and case studies to bring them to life)
• An introduction to continuous improvement (with interactive tools and techniques)
• The launch of our new the CI network where you can get involved in change, and
• An update on the progress made so far via the 24 service reviews completed between June and July.

Further details regarding timings and specific locations will be shared nearer to the date, and content from the day will be made available on Molly shortly afterwards for staff that are unable to attend
