Every service area has its own Customer Care Champions. They work together with the Customer Care Manager (Louise) and the Customer Care Officer (Kate) to help look for ways in which customer service can be improved in their service area.

If you have an idea for an improvement (big or small), please talk to your Customer Care Champion about it.
