Who are the HR team?

Claire Fry (Interim)

Claire is the HR and Payroll Administrator.  Claire is providing support to the HR and Payroll administrative function during a period of maternity leave within the team. Her main role is to monitor and administer contractual changes that are required for new starters, job changes or leavers, ensuring compliance with payroll.  Any such changes are notified to Claire via the HR Servicedesk, reducing duplication, managing workflows accurately and responsively, and ensuring all required information is provided at first contact.

Claire also monitors the hr.admin email inbox for all other general queries from staff or managers, referring to another member of the team as appropriate.

The best way to contact Claire for general HR or Payroll support is by email using the address hr.admin@molevalley.gov.uk (which will be monitored by Claire or another member of the team during business hours) or through the HR Service Desk.  Any payroll related queries should be sent to payroll@molevalley.gov.uk, depending on the nature of the query you may be referred directly to the payroll provider.  Any messages that are specifically for Claire should be emailed to claire.fry@molevalley.gov.uk.
