Flu Jab slots for Pippbrook are now fully booked. There are a few appointments still available at Park House, Leatherhead on Tues 12 Oct. These are now open to all staff and can be booked using the following link:

We are very conscious that flu jabs at Pippbrook are being carried out on a Wed and this day is likely to be busy in the office. If you have booked an appointment for Pippbrook and live relatively local we would encourage you to work from home that day (unless of course you need to come in for another purpose!) Please discuss this with your manager.
Flu Jabs will be administered in the Reigate Road building. This has a separate entrance and does not require you to enter the main office building. Please arrive for your appointment 5 mins before and wait in the waiting room (Wellbeing room) at Reigate Road. If the waiting room is occupied please wait outside the building until it becomes free.
Please make sure you have diarised your appointment and arrive promptly with your completed consent form .
If you have booked a slot and find you are unable to attend please ensure that you cancel your appointment via the confirmation email you received when it was booked. This will then allow someone else to book it. If you experience any difficulties please contact HR.admin@molevalley.gov.uk
