Occasionally, the monitors showing the number of people in the toilets are not displaying correctly.
At the moment, the problem is unidentified but it is possibly due to the camera being disturbed by other items in its view.
If this is the case, the yellow warning sign by the outer door needs to be placed by the glass partition to the break out area when not in use.
Until the issue is fixed, if the monitor fails, place the yellow sign in front of the outer door as you go in with the message 1 of 2 facing outward.
If you are next in line, change the card to show 2 of 2 before you go in.
Remember to change it back when you leave and if the WC is empty the sign must be place by the glass wall.
