Microsoft have a new option to tag external emails received outside of MVDC with ‘external’. This is much like we do now with a custom rule.
ICT will be enabling this for all in the coming days. You can expect to see the tag in your Outlook program, or Outlook app as in the screenshots below
Once we are happy with this new method, we will look to disable the current rule we have been using. There will be duplication tagging during this period, as we must flag external emails.
Microsoft suggest it could take 24/48 hours to apply their new method, so please bear with us during the next week.
