Wellbeing Wednesday

The Mental Health First Aiders would like to introduce you to Wellbeing Wednesday.

There is no shortage of ideas or sources of support out there to improve or maintain good mental health.

So much so – that can be part of the issue – and knowing where to start can feel overwhelming.

If you’re in crisis, you just need to reach out fast, and our Mental Health First Aiders or round-the-clock EAP service can help you.

There are plenty of other things those services can help you with ranging from talking through problems to lifestyle advice.  Keep an eye on the monthly webinars on EAP too.

But if you just want to pick up quick, accessible tips to get you into better habits or to help you think about something differently – Wellbeing Wednesday is for you.

Every week the Mental Health First Aiders will promote an idea to you – something quick and accessible you can take away as a new wellbeing tool.
