Mole Valley District Council (MVDC), supported by Montagu Evans and Freeths LLP, has initiated a formal procurement process to seek a joint strategic venture partner to deliver the mixed-use redevelopment of the Swan Centre and Bull Hill as part of Transform Leatherhead.
The ambitious 50:50 venture partnership offers the rare opportunity to work alongside MVDC to bring about substantial regeneration (in the form of housing, commercial and community space) to two key freehold sites and deliver transformational change to Leatherhead town centre.
Cabinet Member for Projects, Cllr Keira Vyvyan-Robinson, said “It gives me great pleasure to bring forward this opportunity, the result of many years of work and consultation with our residents.
“Here we have all the ingredients to create a successful and vibrant place; able to capitalise on the town’s history, its retail core, and to provide an essential link between the different parts of the town centre whilst creating new homes and workspaces.
