If your manager has not done so already they will shortly be booking your Performance Development (PDR) meetings with you. Meetings are held between now and the end of March so it is a good idea to review the PDR preparation form and start thinking about your work and achievements over the past year and your future tasks and objectives 2021/22.
This meeting also provides an opportunity to discuss aspects of your work, training and wellbeing that a shorter 1:1 discussion cannot always offer. Think about any other points you would like to discuss with your manager and make a note to ensure you don’t forget to cover these.
