Contracts Register and Transparency Reporting Requirements

We have an obligation to allow the general public and suppliers to access information about who the council’s suppliers are, what types of goods/services/works we are purchasing, and when these contracts and agreements expire.

By law we must make available on our website an up to date Contracts Register which will have any contracts or purchases over £5,000 listed.

If you enter into a contract it is your responsibility to inform the Procurement Team by completing this Contracts Register form and emailing to procurement@horsham.gov.uk  We publish a quarterly update of the Contracts Register and will send out reminders for your updates before publishing on our website.
