Mole Valley Life Fully Meets Technology Enabled Care Standards Authority Quality Standards Framework Requirements For Fourth Year Running.
n 2017 Mole Valley Life (run by Mole Valley District Council) became one of the first Technology Enabled Care (TEC) providers and Alarm Receiving Centres in the country to undertake the new Quality Standards Framework from the industry body, the TEC Service Association (TSA). Following a meticulous auditing process and for the fourth year running, Mole Valley Life (MVL) are delighted to announce that they have yet again fully met the standards required for all 10 Standards modules and both Service Delivery modules, in their annual TSA audit which took place in December 2020.
