Mole Valley District Council’s Scrutiny and Cabinet will be asked to give consideration at meetings held on 25 January and 2 February 2021 respectively to the proposal to approve Award Criteria relating to the procurement of a joint-venture development partner for the Swan Centre and Bull Hill.
Councillor Keira Vyvyan-Robinson, Mole Valley District Council’s Cabinet Member for Projects, said: “The proposed next stage is a pivotal milestone in Transform Leatherhead’s vision for the town centre. With the decision taken by Cabinet to approve the procurement of a development partner for the Swan Centre and Bull Hill in late-2019, we have reached another critical point. The recommended Award Criteria has been developed to help identify the right partner with relevant skills, experience and a proven track-record in town-centre development to deliver our proposals for the Swan Centre and Bull Hill.
