With the majority of employees currently working from home we have teamed up with Wiz Training and Development to provide managers with a two-and-a-half-hour interactive online workshop to support the development of affective approaches to managing homeworking performance.
Course outline:

- · Being clear about expectations and focussing on outcomes
- · Developing appropriate performance measures
- · The Demands, Constraints and Choices model
- · Making communication choices
- · Varying management style to suit the individual – The Situational Leadership model
- · Supporting staff and your duty of care
- · Addressing performance concerns
This is a practical course that offers tips and guides to support managers in managing staff working from home and is suitable for all managers to attend.

The course will cost approx. £100 per delegate (cost will be lower if fully booked). This is not an SLP course so please book using the above link, ensuring you have funding approval. Cancellations within 1 week of the event will be charged the full price (approximately £100 dependent on participant numbers) unless you can find a replacement.
