Please remember that reception opens at 10am on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Please keep this in mind when arranging meetings with anyone outside of MVDC as alternative arrangements would need to be made for visitors to access the building before 10am on these days (and please remember to provide visitor passes).
Also take note that meeting attendees should be asked to park at Reigate Road as the small number of visitor spaces in our car park are for use by those attending reception and are for a maximum of 2 hours. Any questions, please contact CSU or Parking.
