Just to let you know that I spoke to the daughter of the Claimant, she wished me to pass on her thanks firstly to Dave who she spoke to yesterday as he “was a fantastic man” who really helped her with what is turning into a very difficult set of family circumstances (her mum recently passed and her dad has terminal cancer). We have also informed her today that we have received notification that their claim for AA has now been granted back to April, they have needless to say not even received any correspondence yet from DWP, so she thinks we are a wonderful team“
