Well done to Phil one of Mole Valley Life’s Wellbeing & Community Responders who recently received glowing feedback

Phil attended Mr H after he pressed his alarm due to a fall and although he couldn’t lift Mr H he stayed with him for 2 hours, late at night to be sure the ambulance was on the way – and that he was as safe and comfortable as possible. Mr H felt safe and reassured whilst Phil waited with him, and wanted the team to know how impressed he was with the service.
