Emma Bell

Emma was nominated by a member of staff who said

“Emma has been busy doing the day to day parking management while studying for her management qualification that she has now passed with flying colours.

Her assistance to our department has been invaluable for the entire new team settling us in with her friendly atmosphere. Emma is currently covering maternity leave and sickness, while implementing new parking procedures and getting everyone settled with those changes.

Always a friendly ear and always open to help anyone who requires assistance of which there are many. She really deserves recognition for her hard work and commitment to MVDC!”

Ellie Miles

Ellie was nominated by a member of staff who said

“I am nominating Ellie as she works continuously to develop her knowledge in Health and Safety so that she can support everyone who works at MVDC. 

Working in Health and Safety was a completely new role for Ellie when she joined the Council in 2017.

Since then she has undertaken a wide variety of training and assessments, and has recently obtained ‘Technical IoSH’ status from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, which is a significant achievement.

I would also like to say that Ellie is such a positive, ‘can do’ colleague and absolutely lives the MVDC values”
