James, Cilla & Rachel have all received some lovely feedback from customers:
James received two!.The first one is from a customer who is moving into permanent social housing from Temporary accommodation and wanted to thank him for all his support through the years. The second one is form a customer that had resolved his housing situation and gave the following feedback; “Thank you again for your help up to this point. You’re fantastic at your job – I’m sure that’s something you probably don’t hear enough”
Another customer wrote in to thank Cilla for helping him move into over 55’s accommodation which he felt would have been impossible without her help.
Rachel has also received two! The first one is from someone that came into reception to request a foodbank voucher and wanted to pass on her appreciation and thanks for the way that Rachel dealt with her enquiry. The second one is another customer that moved into an over 55’s property and wanted to thank her for everything she helped her with.
