Customer Services Unit (CSU)

Here you can find out more about the Customer Services Unit and what the team does.

The CSU’s main purpose is to provide a customer-friendly, responsive and caring face to MVDC.

The team acts as the first point of contact at Pippbrook reception and when calling 01306 885001.

The team is managed by Louise Bircher and led by two Team Leaders, Franki and Rozena. The team comprises a number of advisors working a mixture of full and part-time hours and our receptionist Sharon. All advisors are trained to be able to handle a wide variety of enquiries over the telephone, face to face and via email so that they can resolve the majority of enquiries they receive at the first point of contact.

In addition, Kate Butcher handles all our FOI/EIR requests and formal complaints as well as leading on UK GDPR issues and being our Deputy Data Protection Officer.
