Just a reminder that accidents and incidents (including near misses) must be reported as soon as possible, and at least within one working day. The sooner an incident is reported, the sooner it can be investigated to prevent it occurring again. There is also the legal duty to report certain accidents and incidents to the HSE within 10 days.
