Our identity is one of our most powerful assets, it’s therefore really important that we are consistent in how we use our visual identity in our printed and digital communications.

To help you do this, Communications have created a dedicated section on Molly.

Our style guide has guidance on how to use our logo, our corporate colours, email signatures and how communications can support you with campaigns. There are also branded templates for you to download, these include letterhead and PowerPoint slides, templates for committee reports, policy and strategy documents, as well as templates for posters, leaflets and signage.

It’s also really important that we are consistent in our style of writing. To help you communicate in a simple and consistent manner, we’ve created tone of voice guidelines.

You’ll find links to the ‘Branding Essentials’ sections under ‘At Work’, ‘Advice and Guidance’ and ‘Communications’. There also will be a new button on the homepage of Molly.

There are also PDF documents of the guidance for you to share externally with suppliers and contractors.
