Shine Award

We recently presented a Shine Award to Carol Heaton – Front of House Assistant, Dorking Halls

Carol was nominated by a member of staff who said “Carol went above and beyond today helping a gentleman and three people he was with, all of whom had dementia, to buy tickets all as separate transactions, register their carers, give refunds and do all the transactions again as he got the cards mixed up, and helping when one of the people wandered off. She was with him for nearly an hour and remained cheerful, calm and incredibly helpful the whole time”  

We also acknowledged that this is Carol’s second award, so many congratulations.
