HelpShop Update

As our residents are choosing to engage with us far more online since the pandemic began, and given the falling footfall prior to the first lockdown, it has been decided that the HelpShop service will not resume. We have seen a year-on-year increase in the number of easy-to-use online forms being submitted and our web pages are answering many of our customers’ more straight-forward questions.

CSU remain available to assist our customers over the phone and via email and if anyone does pop into Leatherhead library with a question, SCC staff are still on hand to assist or to point customers in our direction if need be. Visits can still be made to Pippbrook reception by appointment with the appropriate officer, and our receptionist Sharon can assist anyone who needs help using our walk-up PCs.
