Having signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant we are eligible to send staff (or teams) on this free leadership training event – if you, or your team, are interested please speak to your line manager. There a range of leadership and team building activities and you even get a ration pack to cook for lunch!

Challenge day

We would like to invite ALL our engaged employers in the South East to join in with the Challenge Day at Longmoor Military Camp. GU33 6AY.

Whether you have only signed the Armed Forces Covenant or are already on the journey to wider engagement having been recognised through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme then this is the event for YOU !

Join us and work in teams to solve a range of mental and physical challenges set by Army units from across the South East. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the Army, gain an understanding of the wide variety of roles it undertakes and to gain an insight into the full time and part time career opportunities it offers.
