Customer Care Training

Half day face to face training sessions are now available to book on 22nd and 24th March at the Ranmore Rooms (in the car park behind Dorking Halls)

These sessions will focus on delivering good customer care over the phone and via email and will be conducted by our lovely external trainer Sally Booth

All front facing staff are particularly encouraged to attend – and it will be a great way to meet colleagues old and new from across the Council. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided!
