Committee Rooms 1&2

For Covid safety reasons and to prevent double bookings in Committee rooms 1 and 2, the rooms will continue to operate as one room for a maximum of 10 people.

At max capacity of 10, the doors should be propped open and the A/C units turned on. Please do not close the partition wall between the rooms. CR2 will be temporarily taken off the booking system to ensure there is no double bookings.

There are other meeting rooms and areas in the building that are suitable for smaller groups of people. As long as we need to observe social distancing, meeting room space will be a challenge and we ask that you consider availability before arranging meetings and also that the room you book is appropriately sized to the number of people attending.
