Performance Development Reviews (PDR) are now taking place across the organisation. Time should be booked for PDR to take place before the end of March 2022. Please speak to your manager if you do not have date set for your PDR and arrange a suitable time for you both to meet.
In preparation for your conversation it is a good idea to review the PDR preparation form and start thinking about your work and achievements over the past year, and your future tasks and objectives 2022/23.
This meeting also provides an opportunity to discuss aspects of your work, learning and wellbeing that a shorter 1:1 discussion cannot always offer. Think about any other points you would like to discuss with your manager and make a note to ensure you don’t forget to cover these.

If you or your manager have identified that you may benefit from a more in-depth discussion about your career and development aspirations then the Enhanced PDR form should be used to support this.
