We have received a thank you email from a member of the public which reads:-

‘To the team that deals with online “FS-Case-NNNN” requests

In the last couple of months I have submitted three cases online: One for flytipping, one for a broken bin and one for a missed bin collection. In all cases I received a prompt response and the matter was resolved within the timescales quoted. It’s generally so rare nowadays to send an email or request and not to have to chase it later. So it’s been particularly pleasing to see how these requests have been handled so smoothly’ Well done!
