Property are delighted to announce that the 50:50 joint venture partnership with Kier Property has now been signed.
This is a significant milestone for the Transform Leatherhead project and follows three years of procurement, legal and financial negotiations. Well done to all involved, a great deal of hard work has gone into getting here.
The new partnership will bring forward proposals for the redevelopment of Bull Hill and the Swan Centre in Leatherhead. These two sites are key to deliver the vision for Transform Leatherhead – to reinvent the town centre as a friendly, vibrant and lively modern market town where people of all ages can shop, eat, relax and have fun.
The project will be of interest to many staff who live in the area, and also for a number of service areas. Members of the Property team will host a pop-up Transform Leatherhead stand in the Breakout Area from 12-2pm during the all in day on Wednesday (18th October). We will also have concept plans for the Riverside area for you to view and comment on.
