Flu jabs for Park House, (initially for Mole Valley Life Staff only) are available to book for Monday 9th October.

Please read the attached leaflet for further information about the flu vaccine and how it works and ensure that you complete the attached consent form and take this with you to your appointment.

Appointments are offered on a first come first served basis.

Please be aware that the flu vaccine being offered via this clinic is different to the vaccine offered to adults aged over 65. If you are over age 65 please book your flu vaccine through your GP to ensure you receive the correct jab.
The NHS website confirms that this year’s flu vaccine is being offered free on the NHS to adults who:
- are 65 and over (including those who will be 65 by 31 March 2024)
- have certain health conditions
- are pregnant
- are in long-stay residential care
- receive a carer’s allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick
- live with someone who is more likely to get a severe infection due to a weakened immune system, such as someone living with HIV, someone who has had a transplant, or is having certain treatments for cancer, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis
