The Purple room is now available on the meeting room booking system. It is located in the old Post Room off reception; it’s small and humble, suitable for maximum 4 people.
There will be ongoing work throughout the Autumn to improve the space so please bear with us.

Please be aware – Initial feedback has highlighted that the Purple room is not sufficiently sound proof and conversations may be heard outside the room. We will try and remedy this as soon as possible. Until then, avoid using the room for meetings with confidential content.
A timely reminder that Dorking Halls has meeting space for both sensitive and informal meetings – informal meetings held in our downstairs cafe or upstairs Mezzanine bar area don’t usually need pre-booking – simply turn up and unless we have a large event on, we can usually find you a suitable space. Our Vaughan Williams room can be pre-booked for the more formal meetings – do get in touch with Amy Johnson or Ros Treliving if interested.
