We are looking to launch our CI forum and we need you. If you have an interest in being at the centre of our continuous improvement shift and want to develop your skills to help bring CI to life we want to hear from you. Ideally, we would love to see nominations from across the council so we can make sure that all voices are heard when we look to make change now and in the future.
As a CI Champion you will sit on the Continuous Improvement Forum to review and influence ideas for improvement that are submitted by staff. The CI Group will meet 6 weekly and each meeting will be no longer than 1 hour each time. This will be starting from mid-September. Being part of this forum there will be exciting opportunities for skills-based workshops with in-person and online training to expand your knowledge and learn more about CI tools and techniques.

We are in the process of building a new online portal which will enable you to submit ideas, track the progress of your idea, and interact with ideas that others have submitted.
