Please join us on Tuesday the 8th of August for the next Evolve 2026 Staff Engagement Sessions. The Transformation team will be hosting drop-in sessions in ‘four corners’ of Pippbrook starting at 10:30am and 11:00am (morning sessions) 2:00pm and 2:30pm (afternoon sessions). Through these sessions you will see the strategies come to life using real examples and case studies, learn what Continuous Improvement is all about, understand how you can get involved in change through the CI Network, and receive an update about the progress made so far to form your ideas into our transformation programme.
Please choose any two sessions to attend in the morning and two in the afternoon, content from each of the sessions will be made available online for staff that are unable to attend on the day. Please note that Reigate Room 1 is accessed from Reigate Road and is upstairs.
