We are aware of a number of glitches in the Go1 system, in particular for the UK GDPR training. All issues raised have been logged with the relevant department and are being processed as follows:
- A number of people have let us know that they have completed the GPDR training on Go1, but the system has not updated. If this has happened to you please send a screenshot of the completions page from the Go1 system to HR.Admin@molevalley.gov.uk and we will update your record when the fault is rectified. This issue has been raised with Go1 and we hope it will be resolved soon. We will provide an update via Molly when we have further information.
- Some individuals have found that the link they have been sent to reset their password for Go1 does not work. This too has been logged with Go1 and we will provide individuals with an update once this issue is resolved.
- We have also been made aware that in some cases Go1 messages are being missed because they are ending up in Junk mail. This has been picked up with the ICT Service Desk who have added the mygo1.com domain to the safe sender list. This should stop future reminders from going into junk.
If you are one of the people who missed the reminder(s) and therefore still need to complete the training, your manager will let you know (if you have completed the training since 4th July you may still be on the list but will not need to do it again).
When logging in to Go1, if you have forgotten your password you can click on the link for it to be re-set (should no longer be necessary but don’t forget to check your junk!).
If the training isn’t showing on the homepage when you first log in you can go to My Learning and it will be under either “assigned” or “schedule”. If “schedule” you will be able to see the training and the last date that you completed it, please click on the training and “Review” to start the training again.
