Huge congratulations to Rozena in CSU who has achieved her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management. This has been the result of 2 years’ hard work and was a huge undertaking which has resulted in her gaining 2 qualifications – a Level 3 Diploma for Managers and a City & Guilds Level 3 for Team Leader/Supervisor which she passed with distinction!
