As mentioned at the last All Staff Briefing, we are planning the next steps of our Transformation and would like you to join us in Pippbrook on 18th April.
We will start the day at 9.45am with a briefing to all staff in the Martineau Suite at Dorking Halls to explain how the day will work.
During the day there will be drop-in sessions where you will learn more about our emerging plans and ideas, including our digital strategy, customer engagement strategy, people strategy and what we mean by “embedding a continuous improvement culture”. BMT leads will be on hand to talk you through these from 11.00am to 12.00noon (morning session) and from 2.30pm to 3.30pm (afternoon session) with visuals and case studies where they will be keen to hear your thoughts and ideas!

Will this be recorded as all staff will not be able to attend?
Hello Rozena, we’re not recording the whole day but we are going to do a short summary video for anyone who can’t attend. This will include an overview of the “four corners” and some feedback from people who did attend. And, we’re always happy to come to a team meeting for any teams who struggle to make it 🙂
