Staff Parking Permit Changes – Renew Your Staff Parking Permit Now

Your staff permit needs to be renewed by 1st April 2023.

Staff parking permits are available to all staff to enable you to park whilst on work business, Monday to Friday, in any MVDC long stay car park.

In April 2022, we introduced virtual parking permits for residents through RingGo. We have now set up a new staff permit type which will allow you to set up your own staff parking permit. Once you have applied and your application has been approved, your permit will be valid for 12 months. You can then change your vehicle registration number as frequently as you need, 24/7.

Firstly, you need to register for a RingGo account either by downloading the RingGo App or registering at https://www.myringgo.co.uk/.  If you have a personal RingGo account already, there is no need to set up a new account. You can then apply for your staff permit through this link https://www.myringgo.co.uk/molevalley/permitapplications/info/230/SAM.

Please also email when you are working on a Saturday so that we can ensure your vehicle isn’t issued a Penalty Charge Notice.
