Customer Care Training

Half day sessions can be booked for 24th or 31st January.

This is in-person training held with Sally Booth. If you are new to Mole Valley and have not attended one of these sessions yet, please book on asap. Any member of staff looking for a refresher is also welcome. Content is being improved to include both empathy and how to close down a call and tea/coffee and biscuits are provided.
