Mole Valley Life were delighted to attend last week’s ‘Unwrap Dorking This Christmas’ event and kick-start the Christmas season in style. With Christmas shopping, festive food and drink, live music and family friendly entertainment, it was great to see so many people out supporting their local high street.
The Mole Valley Life stall was well attended by residents keen to find out more about how Mole Valley Life’s Community Transport, Fairfield Centre and Lifeline Alarm and TEC services could help to support them, or their loved ones, to live safe and well at home for longer. Dorkers, Mole Valley’s celebrity chicken even paid them a visit too!
On the night, the team received lots of lovely feedback on their services, including from one passer-by who commented, “Your Community Responder team are brilliant. I have an elderly neighbour and previously she’s been on the floor for hours when she’s fallen but this time, with your new service, she was back on her feet within the hour. The equipment you used to lift her was fantastic and the Community Responder who attended was so kind. Really well done and thank you, your service is invaluable!”
