I would like to say how much I have appreciated the help that Darrell has given me over the last 4-5 months. We had to find a good solution for the tenant of our flat who could have faced homelessness as he could no longer afford to live there and in any case would have had to leave now we are selling the flat.
I had no previous experience of working with your department or dealing with housing benefit, social services and all the other issues that have arisen. Throughout I have found Darrell exceptionally proactive, helpful and humane. He has kept things moving through several difficult phases and has always shown great patience in dealing with our tenant who is suffering from mild dementia.
