For staff who complete accident and incident investigation reports, Louise Mingay, our Health and Safety Advisor, will be in the Green Meeting Room on Wednesday 24th August, 12.30-1.30 to answer any questions you might have about investigating accidents and incidents. Louise will also be able to provide advice and guidance about the process and how to conduct a thorough and satisfactory investigation, to prevent the incident from re-occurring.
Louise is in the office all day on 24th August for any other H&S-related advice you might need.
