Mandy in Housing has received a lovely thank you from someone she has worked with over a number of years.
I am a very grateful resident and would like to compliment a member of the housing team called Mandy Eggleton.
I was on the housing waiting list for a number of years and in that time had lots of contact with Mandy. She once searched for information on financial help for me as I am on housing benefit but nothing else.
She has always been so very professional and gone above and beyond her role to help or advise me. I had reason to contact her this week and again she didn’t need to help at all but responded with appropriate advice.
I would like you to thank her sincerely from me. You have a very patient professional, compassionate staff member there that should be recognised for her efforts and rewarded if there is such a process.
Also I’d like to thank you for your help as a team too. I cannot fault mole valley housing.
